Development and enhancement of digital learning platforms for Heal Smarter and Health Defense Classes, including learning management system integration, interactive content creation, video production, mobile optimization, and accessibility features.
Operational Infrastructure
Essential organizational capacity including staff salaries for program delivery, technology subscriptions (LMS, CRM, communication tools), insurance, accounting services, and regulatory compliance costs.​​​​
