MOJO Health Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Unopened and Unused Products:

    • We accept returns for unmarked, original, unopened and unused products within 30 days from the date of purchase minus shipping fees and discounts. All returns will be shipped at the buyers expense.

  2. Damaged or Lost Products:

    • If you receive a damaged product or you experience a lost order, please contact our customer service at heretohelp@mojohealth.org within 5 days of receiving the product or within 5 days of the product's expected arrival. All claims made after that date will be denied. 

 

Return Process:

    • If you do not have a copy of the original invoice, please contact our customer service team at heretohelp@mojohealth.org to obtain a return authorization.

  2. Provide Information:

    • Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details. For damaged products, include clear photos if possible.

  3. Return Authorization:

    • Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization if your return is eligible.

  4. Package the Product:

    • For unopened and unused products, please ensure the product is in its original packaging. For damaged products, follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.
